Luti User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Luti, you agree to this User Agreement. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the app.

2. Eligibility and Account

You must comply with your local laws and App Store requirements when using Luti. If account features are introduced later, you are responsible for maintaining accurate account information.

3. Permitted Use

• You may use Luti for lawful personal or professional creative workflows.
• You may not use Luti to upload, process, or distribute illegal, infringing, abusive, or harmful content.
• You may not reverse engineer, tamper with, or abuse system resources in a way that harms app performance or security.

4. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of your images and content. Luti only processes your content for app features such as gallery display, palette extraction, and mood categorization.

5. Privacy and Permissions

Your use of Luti is also subject to the Privacy Policy. You can manage permissions (such as Photos and Tracking) through iOS settings.

6. Service Changes and Availability

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features to improve quality, security, or compliance. We aim to minimize disruptions but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Luti is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from app use.

8. Termination

We may restrict or terminate access if this Agreement is violated or if required by law. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
