This Privacy Policy explains how Luti collects, uses, stores, and protects your information when you use the Luti mobile application.

Luti is designed to be privacy-first. Depending on your usage, we may process:
- Photos you choose to import into your local inspiration library.
- Derived visual metadata such as average colors, extracted palettes, and mood tags.
- App settings (for example, animation intensity and appearance preferences).
- Permission states (for example, photo access or tracking choice) as required for app behavior.
2. How We Use Data
- To provide core gallery functionality and visual experience.
- To generate color analysis features and personalized mood filtering.
- To improve app stability, performance, and user experience.
We do not sell your personal data.
3. Storage and Retention
Your imported photos and related metadata are primarily stored on your device in local app storage. Data is retained until you remove it or uninstall the app.
4. Tracking and Permissions
If ATT permission is requested, you can allow or deny tracking at any time through iOS settings. Your choice does not prevent basic app usage unless a feature explicitly depends on that permission.
5. Third-Party Services
Luti may rely on Apple system services (such as iOS permission frameworks and networking stack). We do not intentionally share your private photo content with unrelated third parties for advertising resale.
6. Your Rights
- Access and manage your content directly inside the app.
- Delete imported files and associated metadata from app settings.
- Withdraw permissions in iOS system settings at any time.
